A 20-year-old man was stabbed in the Norwood section of the Bronx in the early hours of Sunday, July 26, police said.<\/p>\n

A police spokeswoman said the incident occurred at around 0.37 a.m. on Sunday at 3700 Jerome Avenue, which is a bar \/ club located under the Woodlawn subway station at the intersection of Jerome Avenue and Bainbridge Avenue.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n She said the victim incurred a stab wound to the back and another stab wound to the shoulder. \u201cHe was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition,\u201d the spokeswoman said.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cThere are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Norwood News visited the bar on Sunday and asked an employee about the incident. \u201cI don\u2019t know anything about that,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The latest major crime statistics for the 52nd Precinct are attached.<\/p>\n Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD\u2019s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
