Police said a 59-year-old man was shot in the back just before 9 a.m.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Sources said the shooting happened after a disagreement between neighbors.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">One neighbor spoke to News 12 about what she saw moments after hearing the gunshots. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">&#8220;I saw the man duck, and then he ran, and then he went to the other block. Then he came back. He asked us to call the ambulance,&#8221; the neighbor said. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">NYPD Emergency Service Units wearing tactical gear entered the home where the victim and the suspect were said to live and later cleared the scene. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The victim was taken to NYC Health+Hospitals\/Jacobi and is expected to recover. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Police are looking for the suspect in the shooting.
