This is the kind of attainable homeownership opportunity that doesn&#8217;t come along often in Southern California, and we couldn&#8217;t be more excited to bring it to Carson.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"image-and-caption\">\n<a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/1140w\/public\/2026-07\/mahattan%20square%20carson%201.jpg?itok=TRUpbxRh\" rel=\"article-image-set nofollow noopener\" title=\"Lennar\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"image-950w article-inline-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/mahattan square carson 1.jpg\" width=\"950\"\/><\/a><br \/>\nRendering of Manhattan SquareLennar<\/p>\n<p>The project includes two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes ranging between 1,229 and 2,066 square feet in size.<\/p>\n<p>The new townhomes were approved as part of<a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/new-look-1200-unit-development-21207-avalon-boulevard-carson\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> a larger mixed-use project entitled by Faring<\/a>, which encompasses land previously improved with a mobile home park. Faring is slated to break ground in the near future on apartment buildings along the eastern side of the site.<\/p>\n<p>Lennar, in addition to its work in Carson, is also developing housing elsewhere in the South Bay.
