Cullerton, a 45-year-old litigation partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, was caught on video passionately kissing colleague Kelsey Borenzweig, 29, on July 23. The clip, filmed by TikTok creator Jay Guap\u00f5 who told them to ‘get a room’ due to kids nearby, drew millions of views and led to Cullerton’s placement on leave pending investigation. Reports note his planned move to Gibson Dunn was rescinded, while Borenzweig’s status remains unchanged; Cullerton is married, sparking online talk about workplace ethics, privacy in public, and uneven fallout for the pair who both worked on OpenAI’s defense.<\/p>\n
This story is a summary of posts on X and may evolve over time.
