The sister of the gunman who carried out a horrific triple-murder-suicide<\/a> in his family\u2019s Bronx NYCHA apartment wishes she could raise him from the dead \u2014 so she could be the one to kill him.<\/p>\n

Kaseem Stukes fatally shot his 75-year-old mother, his 26-year-old daughter and his daughter\u2019s boyfriend before turning the gun on himself inside the family\u2019s home in the Castle Hill Houses Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf it was up to me, I would kill my brother myself,\u201d Stukes\u2019 devastated sister Tangier Stukes told the Daily News Thursday in an exclusive interview.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would wake his a\u2013 up, shoot him in the head! Wake him up, shoot him again!\u201d<\/p>\n

She has only one explanation for her brother\u2019s rampage inside the apartment on Lacombe Ave. near Castle Hill Ave.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat devil was on his f\u2014ing shoulder,\u201d she said. \u201cThe devil had to be on his f\u2014ing shoulder, talking to him, whispering in his ear.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Tangier remembered the shooter as a \u201cgood father, a good son and a good brother,\u201d adding that he worked driving ambulances for Senior Care EMS<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy brother was not a troublesome person,\u201d she said. \u201cHe didn\u2019t talk about his feelings.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tangier last spoke to her mother, Theresa Stukes, the day before the massacre and had plans to visit her the day of the shooting.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mom was always happy,\u201d she said. \u201c[My mother\u2019s] leaving nobody behind. Just me! I\u2019m the only one left!\u201d<\/p>\n

Kaseem had been in and out of prison<\/a> on gun and drug charges much of his adult life, including for selling cocaine and crack outside a Bronx NYCHA complex in 2003.<\/p>\n

His sister said he suffered abuse from correction officers and believes prison warped his mind.<\/p>\n

\u201cJail have you f\u2014ing bugging out,\u201d Tangier said. \u201cWhen they\u2019re locked up, their minds slowly switch. You\u2019re always going to be paranoid.\u201d<\/p>\n

Theresa\u2019s many adoring neighbors called Tangier with news of the bloodshed on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy phone started blowing up,\u201d she said. \u201cMy mother was loved. Everybody speaks to my mother, every single day. Everybody called my mother every single day. (If) she don\u2019t answer, something\u2019s wrong. Everybody checked on her.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mother was a good person, my niece was a good person and so was my brother. They were good people,\u201d she continued. \u201c[My mother] did what she had to do and she took care of us. She was a good mother. She treated her kids good.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her murdered niece, Kianna Stukes, who worked as a dental assistant, hadn\u2019t even been dating her slain boyfriend, Andrew Reynoso, for very long, Tangier said.<\/p>\n

\u201c(Kianna) was sweet. That was my baby. She wasn\u2019t my daughter, but she was my niece,\u201d she said, adding that Kianna\u2019s boyfriend was also a \u201cgood person.\u201d<\/p>\n
