Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Alloy landed two other retailers as well \u2014 cafe-bakery Winner, led by Michelin-star chef Daniel Eddy, with 2,726 square feet, and CardVault by Tom Brady in a 973 square-foot space.<\/p>\n<p>MUJI\u2019s first Brooklyn store is in Williamsburg. Muji USA president Richard Rappaport said, \u201cEvery new store is an investment in the communities we serve. Downtown Brooklyn\u2019s continued growth, diversity and energy make it an ideal place for us to expand our presence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cAlloy Block\u201d includes a residential\/retail tower at 505 State St. as well as another one under construction at One Third Aveue.
