One of Brooklyn Bridge Park\u2019s most popular series, Movies With A View<\/a> presented by Persol<\/a>, returns for its 26th season with outdoor films on Thursday evenings in July and August \u2013 expanding with an additional family film night on September 18th. Come early to enjoy a picnic on the lawn and refreshing waterfront breezes, with New York Harbor and Manhattan skyline views like no other as the sun sets. Entry is free and first-come, first serve starting at 6:00 PM. Movies begin at sunset. This week\u2019s screening will be Jurassic Park (PG-13, 1993, 122 minutes), when scientists first set foot on Isla Nubar and encounter the adventure of a lifetime. Before the movie, join for a conversation with dinosaur paleobiologist Jingmai O\u2019Connor! She is a curator at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago. Her research focuses on the evolution of birds and other feathered dinosaurs. She\u2019ll be discussing what we really know about dinosaurs depicted in the movie, some insights into her paleontology work, and some fun dinosaur facts!<\/p>\n
