Upon arrival, officers discovered a 50-year-old man with multiple bullet wounds to his buttocks, lower back, and back of his head.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When EMS arrived, they pronounced the man dead at the scene. The man\u2019s identity is being withheld pending proper family notification. However, sources say that he did not live at that location but does hail from the Bronx. He also has prior contact with law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>While the motive for the slaying is not clear, police said that the suspected shooter wore a light-colored sweater and fled in a blue vehicle on White Plains Road.<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.\n<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding this incident can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (for Spanish, dial 888-57-PISTA).
