Richard & Son’s presence in the neighborhood, Silverstein had also planned to enhance studio and theater space for Kaufman Astoria Studios.

The two remaining partners announced in September 2025 that they would continue with a more piecemeal approach to the development. Construction on the new development is set to begin this month, with an expected completion date in 2029, the developers said.

Mark Hallum can be reached at mhallum@commercialobserver.com.

LMXD and BedRock Real Estate Partners have closed on a $250 million loan to facilitate the purchase and…

[38
118355,118356,128,3624,1527,36818,2184,1603,9,24,63,129,131,130
post-313035","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-the-bronx","tag-35-10-steinway-street","tag-35-18-steinway-street-acquisition","tag-bronx","tag-channel","tag-construction","tag-construction-financing","tag-development","tag-finance","tag-new-york","tag-new-york-city","tag-nyc","tag-the-bronx","tag-the-bronx-headlines","tag-the-bronx-news
["GET
