John Harbaugh called it part of the day-to-day rotation, but a conspiracy theorist might suggest the staff wants a better evaluation of Beckham, who has been creating separation without drawing targets with the second-team offense. Corey Sipkin for the NY POST<\/p>\n<p>Lower the Flag<\/p>\n<p>The Giants halved <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/08\/03\/sports\/giants-know-theyre-getting-a-john-harbaugh-earful-after-penalty-filled-practice\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">their staggering number of penalties<\/a> from the day before, but seven is still too many. Four were false starts. And QB Jaxson Dart drew an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty after a touchdown run.<\/p>\n<p>Caught My Eye<\/p>\n<p>The Giants ran their most one-on-ones of camp, including the first pitting receivers against cornerbacks. WR Dalen Cambre, a camp star, shook rookie CB Colton Hood in coverage, and Art Green recorded a diving, one-handed pass breakup. The rest of the team completed 9-on-7 run-game work.<\/p>\n<p>Injury Report<\/p>\n<p>WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee swelling) did not practice. WR Malachi Fields was held out of 11-on-11 drills.
