{"id":314858,"date":"2026-08-06T02:10:15","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T02:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/314858\/"},"modified":"2026-08-06T02:10:15","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T02:10:15","slug":"rosa-mexicano-opening-new-nyc-location-in-times-square","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/314858\/","title":{"rendered":"Rosa Mexicano opening new NYC location in Times Square"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Theater District is getting a new <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/10\/30\/lifestyle\/nyc-suddenly-has-huge-great-mexican-restaurants\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rosa Mexicano restaurant<\/a> that is slated to open in September.<\/p>\n<p>It will be the beloved hotspot\u2019s 10th location and its fourth in the Big Apple \u2014 and will include a new fast-casual concept called The Pink Door by Rosa Mexicano.\u00a0The upcoming launch comes\u00a042 years after its initial opening by Lincoln Center in 1984.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a natural next chapter for us,\u201d says Rosa\u00a0Mexicano\u2019s CEO Rich Zoob.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The eatery, at\u00a0120 W. 45th St. at Broadway, is 2,800 square feet with 107 seats in the main dining room and a 57-seat outdoor patio. It will feature their famed, classic menu: tableside guacamole, tacos, enchiladas and fajitas.\u00a0They are also incorporating their classic\u00a0tequila, mezcal and agave-forward cocktails including a signature frozen pomegranate margarita.<\/p>\n<p> A new Rosa Mexicano restaurant  is slated to open in September. The Forking Group<\/p>\n<p>The new restaurant will feature their famed, classic menu: tableside guacamole, tacos, enchiladas and fajitas. The Forking Group<\/p>\n<p>The eatery will retain its look including the original \u201cdivers wall,\u201d a two-story iridescent blue tile wall designed by David Rockwell and inspired by the cliff divers of Acapulco.\u00a0The wall is 18 feet wide and over 6 feet tall.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Pink Door by Rosa\u00a0Mexicano, located separately in the courtyard behind the main restaurant, is exclusively for grab-and-go and takeout.
