{"id":315217,"date":"2026-08-06T14:42:14","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T14:42:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/315217\/"},"modified":"2026-08-06T14:42:14","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T14:42:14","slug":"554-foot-mixed-income-tower-on-the-rise-at-queens-plaza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/315217\/","title":{"rendered":"554-Foot Mixed-Income Tower on the Rise at Queens Plaza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedingbuildersgroup.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Leeding Builders Group<\/a> (LBG) is approaching the 25 percent mark on vertical construction at <a href=\"https:\/\/nyc.urbanize.city\/project\/30-25-queens-blvd\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">30-25 Queens Blvd<\/a>, where a 554-foot-tall structure will become home to nearly 600 more residential units in the bustling section of <a href=\"https:\/\/nyc.urbanize.city\/neighborhood\/long-island-city\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Queens<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The project is being developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.largavista.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Largavista<\/a> in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baronprop.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Baron Property Group<\/a> (BPG) and design by <a href=\"https:\/\/cetraruddy.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CetraRuddy<\/a>. When finished, the more than 500,000-squarepfoot project will be divvied up into 451 rental apartments, with 30 percent earmarked affordable (137 total) and 142 condo units for sale.
