Hochul, far right, as well as 103rd Officer Joseph Cho and Det. Avery Lucas.<\/p>\n<p>Over at Baisley Pond Park, the 113th set up shop, with auxiliary officers, top center, joined here by regular Officers Waqas Bhattr, Jordan Cutler and Elijah Richardson. Helping hand out food was officer Benjamin Laudone, top right.
