Wall says she was speechless and surprised when her name was announced, adding that she\u2019s honored to represent Bond County. Wall says she\u2019s excited for the year ahead, especially the opportunity to serve alongside friends who are fair queens from other counties and work with the outstanding group of young women from this year\u2019s pageant.<\/p>\n<p>Click below to hear more:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wgel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/QUEEN-WALL-COMMENT.mp3\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/wgel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/QUEEN-WALL-COMMENT.mp3<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aubrey will be a sophomore at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.<\/p>\n<p>Crowned the 2026 Junior Miss was Bristol Rose, 13-year-old daughter of Stephanie and Jake Rose of Greenville.<\/p>\n<p>She says she\u2019s both excited and nervous as she begins her reign. Rose says she was surprised to hear her name announced after spending a lot of time praying and hoping for the opportunity.
