They say she was taken to the hospital with elbow and knee injuries. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Residents like John Barberi say he&#8217;s surprised it hasn&#8217;t happened sooner.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">\u201cI\u2019m surprised it took that long. People cut the light all the time because it&#8217;s dark over here. They figure nobody&#8217;s going to see them,&#8221; said Barberi.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Barberi thinks adjustments could improve safety.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">\u201cThey could put those cameras like they have every place else,&#8221; said Barberi.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Madelen Nash says reckless drivers will always find a way.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">\u201cBrooklyn has the worst drivers.
