(WCAX) &#8211; Police in Northern New York are warning residents to be on alert for a suspect in a deadly arson who is believed to be armed and dangerous.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Thomas David Ryan, 32, of Greenville, is wanted in connection with a homicide investigation in Orange County. Police found a man dead inside a home in Greenville after a fire Thursday night. They say the fire was deliberately set and the death is a homicide.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Thomas David Ryan\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/QRFJHYZR3BDOFPL6ZVZDCLTDRI.jpg\" width=\"980\" height=\"551\" \/>Thomas David Ryan(Courtesy: N.Y. State Police)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police say Ryan is known to frequent the Plattsburgh area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He is described as approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and 200 pounds. Police say he is believed to be driving a 2016 gray Toyota Prius with New York license plate HNH7671.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Investigators say do not approach Ryan.
