Conservative activist Scott LoBaido was dead for two minutes after a confrontation with Mayor Zohran Mamdani at a pro-cop event<\/a> on Tuesday ended in a heart attack \u2014 but he promised The Post not even a coronary could stop his crusade to keep the socialist away from the 25th anniversary of 9\/11 at Ground Zero.<\/p>\n

Even while recovering from his near-fatal heart attack \u2014 in which witnesses and friends said his heart stopped for two minutes and he had no pulse \u2014 LoBaido orchestrated a plane to fly around Manhattan on Friday with a banner bearing a warning to the mayor.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m trying to rest up, keep my blood pressure down, but the work must continue. As long as my heart is ticking, I\u2019m not done,\u201d LoBaido said Saturday through his manager Dan Caropreso.<\/p>\n

The mayor has vowed to attend<\/a> the 25th anniversary ceremony of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks, despite the vociferous opposition from many families of victims of 9\/11.<\/p>\n

LoBaido, an artist, delivered a similar, more colorful message directly to Mamdani shortly before his heart attack Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cStay the f\u2013k away from Ground Zero!\u201d LoBaido shouted at the mayor at the NYPD\u2019s 43rd Patrol Borough National Night Out Against Crime on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Mamdani drew loud jeers and a barrage of profanities from attendees as he made his way up to the podium,\u00a0social media videos show.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThank you to my brother, Scott LoBaido, a great artist, but we disagree on politics,\u201d Mamdani said, according to a video shared with The Post. He spoke for less than a minute, wishing Staten Islanders a \u201cHappy Night Out Against Crime\u201d before being whisked off to the side.<\/p>\n

After LoBaido unsuccessfully tried to approach the mayor after his remarks, he said that he wasn\u2019t \u201cfeeling well\u201d and collapsed on the ground.<\/p>\n

The 61-year-old public artist<\/a> suffered a ventricular fibrillation and had to be brought back \u2014 once by CPR and twice by defibrillators \u2014 after flatlining twice.<\/p>\n

He was then taken to Staten Island University Hospital Northwell Health where doctors placed a defibrillator in his heart on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Hizzoner has not reached out to LoBaido since the heart attack, according to his manager.<\/p>\n

But LoBaido\u2019s message for Mamdani remained clear.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not the authority, I\u2019m the messenger, and as long as my hearts beating my message will continue.\u201d<\/p>\n

John Tobacco, a friend of LoBaido and host of \u201cWise Guys\u201d on Newsmax, said the heavens sent his buddy back to Earth to settle unfinished business.<\/p>\n

\u201cI told him in that two minutes neither God nor Satan wanted him.
