Peter Gerber<\/p>\n<p>People surrounded the boy and commented in disbelief, according to video of the aftermath posted to social media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWow, a boy just fell out the window!\u201d one onlooker said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhere is the f\u2013king parents, man?\u201d another could be heard shouting.<\/p>\n<p>Two cops turned the child on his side as another onlooker said, \u201cGod bless him,\u201d the clip shows.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/newyork\/news\/boy-falls-out-of-window-university-heights-bronx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Witness Tone Rodriguez told WCBS <\/a>he and other pedestrians were standing outside when they heard a loud thud.<\/p>\n<p>The boy had several scratches on his face, he added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis face was all swollen on this side. He was like, you can tell he got hit bad.
