And we are confident in our position.”

The case is scheduled to return to court Aug. 31.

A Staten Island judge on Monday temporarily blocked the rollout of Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s tax on luxury second…

[39
109,116,25,576,4275,9,24,49,12,112,63,87,134,136,135,27
post-318751","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-staten-island","tag-app-local-state-politics","tag-app-ny-state-of-politics","tag-app-top-stories","tag-erica-brosnan","tag-local-politics","tag-new-york","tag-new-york-city","tag-new-york-state","tag-news","tag-ny-state-of-politics","tag-nyc","tag-politics","tag-staten-island","tag-staten-island-headlines","tag-staten-island-news","tag-top-stories
["GET
