This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, Flatbush, and Cypress Hills. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, this grand Crown Heights limestone hit the market again after renovations that have left its most impressive details in place. This former House of the Day<\/a> sold in July for $4.125 million, which was $125,000 under the asking price.<\/p>\n

In Bed Stuy, this brownstone was renovated and still has some period details, including mantels, pocket doors, and moldings. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in June for $3.05 million, which was $100,000 under the asking price.<\/p>\n

In Flatbush, a brick row house is a two-family with updated kitchens. This former Open House Pick<\/a> entered contract in May.<\/p>\n

Finally, in Cypress Hills near Highland Park, a brick semi-detached house has wood floors and arched doorways. This former Open House Pick<\/a> was taken off the market in June.<\/p>\n
