(WIBW) &#8211; A man was behind bars in the Riley County Jail following his arrest Thursday afternoon in connection with lewd and lascivious acts involving a pair of teen girls in Manhattan, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The arrested man was identified as Kevin Kendre Brown, 42, of Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Riley County police officers filed a report for lewd and lascivious acts around 11:04 a.m. on Oct. 29 in Manhattan, officials said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A 16-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were listed as the victims, while a 42-year-old man known to the victims &#8212; later identified as Brown &#8212; was listed as the suspect. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Riley County Police officials said Brown was arrested around 2:12 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, in the 2200 block of Browning Avenue on the northwest side of Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Riley County police arrested Kevin Kendre Brown, 42, of Manhattan, on Thursday afternoon in...\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/1762532710_712_USU6LMJSURIUJHWNFMYQOE27AE.jpg\" width=\"980\" height=\"550\" \/>Riley County police arrested Kevin Kendre Brown, 42, of Manhattan, on Thursday afternoon in connection with lewd and lascivious behavior.(WIBW)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Brown was subsequently booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with four counts of lewd and lascivious behavior-exposing sex organs to a person under age 16; and three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior, exposing sexual organs to a person over the age of 16, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Brown remained in the Riley County Jail on Friday morning, where he was being held on a $41,000 bond, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Because of the nature of the crime that was reported, additional details weren\u2019t being released, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 WIBW.
