\u201cI See You Now\u201d<\/a>\u00a0 is the new single from Roger Taylor, <\/a>songwriter, musician, and singer from the band Queen, and is taken from his forthcoming new album, Violence Insane In A Beautiful World<\/a>. It\u2019s accompanied by a video. <\/p>\n Out September 18th, 2026, via Columbia Records, the album has already been preceded by the exuberant \u201cCome On Summer (It\u2019s Party Time),\u201dfeaturing a performance by The Ndlovu Youth Choir.\u00a0<\/p>\n Speaking about \u201cI See You Now\u201d, which had its debut on Vernon Kaye\u2019s BBC Radio 2, Roger Taylor says:<\/p>\n It\u2019s a love song, it\u2019s really about my wife. We\u2019ve been together for quite some time, and I think when you really get to know someone, at first you really don\u2019t see everything about them, but when you really get to know someone, it\u2019s \u2018oh, I see you now, that\u2019s it.<\/p>\n To accompany the song, Roger Taylor\u2019s wife Sarina Taylor and long-time collaborator Simon Lupton created a black-and-white video for the track, except for Roger\u2019s ruby red hi-tops.<\/p>\n Violence Insane In A Beautiful World\u00a0is Roger\u2019s seventh album in a solo career stretching back to 1977 and is his first since 2021\u2019s Outsider. To celebrate the release of the new record, Taylor will be going on the road in the UK for what will be his only UK shows in 2026.<\/p>\n While not a concept record,\u00a0Violence Insane In A Beautiful World\u00a0does have an overarching theme, as Roger explains:<\/p>\n There is a theme, you know, it\u2019s in the title really, what a beautiful world we live in, don\u2019t fuck it up. There seems to be all this insanity at the moment. The violence in the world seems to be as bad as it ever was, at any point, and certainly in my lifetime. It\u2019s just horrific, a lot of insane violence.<\/p>\n The Violence Insane In A Beautiful World tour, Roger\u2019s only UK dates of the year, opens in Newcastle on September 21st, and fans who pre-order the album will receive exclusive first access to tickets.
