DCPI<\/p>\n<p>He then allegedly questioned if she knew what \u201cPapi\u201d meant, bragged that he liked Latin women, claimed he wanted a Latin wife and asked her if she\u2019d spend the night with him, the filing said.<\/p>\n<p>He was arrested Wednesday night and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment, authorities said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The charges were not bail-eligible, and Agaronov was released on his own recognizance in court Thursday night \u2013 over prosecutors\u2019 request for supervised release.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, a spokesperson for the city\u2019s Department of Education said the system \u201ctakes these heinous allegations seriously.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.50146628;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"40347645\" width=\"886\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/i-s-240-137436812.jpg\" alt=\"I.S. 240 is located at 2500 Nostrand Avenue.\" class=\"wp-image-40347645\"  \/>Agaronov\u2019s alleged actions happened inside Andries Hudde I.S. 240 on Nostrand Avenue near Avenue K in East Midwood.
