(WIBW) &#8211; A 44-year-old Topeka woman was booked into the Riley County Jail following her Monday afternoon arrest in connection with probation violation, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The arrested woman was identified as Hope Elizabeth Minter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials said Minter was arrested at approximately 12:14 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of S.
