{"id":324633,"date":"2026-08-19T03:12:21","date_gmt":"2026-08-19T03:12:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/324633\/"},"modified":"2026-08-19T03:12:21","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T03:12:21","slug":"brooklyn-army-terminal-hosts-nycedcs-free-year-long-exhibition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/324633\/","title":{"rendered":"Brooklyn Army Terminal hosts NYCEDC\u2019s free, year-long exhibition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SUNSET PARK \u2014 THE BROOKLYN ARMY TERMINAL unveiled the final work in the New York City Economic Development Corporation\u2019s free, year-long exhibition, \u201cIn Plain Sight.\u201d The final work, \u201cTidal Crossing,\u201d is an installation by artist Jean Shin in the BAT\u2019s three arches, reflecting on the U.S. military\u2019s geographic footprint and complicated narratives surrounding conflict.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn Plain Sight\u201d features works by <a href=\"https:\/\/brooklynarmyterminal.com\/public-art\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">12 Brooklyn artists<\/a> in and outside of the BAT, including Elana Herzog, Z Behl, Hyesu Lee, Avani Patel and more.
