Intervest and Ridgebrook Partners are the building\u2019s owners.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/tag\/soho\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Soho\u00a0<\/a>clinic will be one of Neko\u2019s largest and most advanced facilities.
