The restaurant, founded by sisters Jennifer and Nicole Vitagliano with executive chef Mary Attea, is a buzzing downtown space known for its European caf\u00e9-society aesthetic, with wood-fired ovens dating back to 1935 paired with Italian-French cooking.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A bakery by day \u2013 serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch \u2013 come evening, the bistro-style space transforms into an intimate dining room, with waiters whizzing around just 11 snug tables packed with restaurant obsessives and a stylish off-duty fashion crowd \u2013 often sans the influencers Manhattanites have had enough of thanks to dim, warm lighting and a strict no-flash photography policy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After stopping at Le Bar Long inside Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris<\/a> during Paris<\/a> Fashion Week and Raffles Boston in July, Raf\u2019s is arriving at Saison by Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO<\/a> this September, coinciding with London Fashion Week.<\/p>\n

More collaboration than pop-up, this isn\u2019t a case of simply importing the New York menu. Attea and the Raf\u2019s team will join forces with chef Mauro Colagreco and the Saison kitchen for a two-day, four-hands dinner that brings the personalities of both restaurants to the table.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The evening begins with a few bites from each kitchen before moving into a mix of signature dishes, spanning French, Italian, modern, and traditional cooking. Raf\u2019s serves mortadella and Taleggio arancini, alongside Saison\u2019s cheddar and black truffle tostadas.<\/p>\n

For the main course, expect Raf\u2019s leek vinaigrette with creamy stracciatella and hazelnuts, alongside whole dorade with Castelvetrano olives, as well as pork chops with cherry peppers. Saison takes a more traditional approach with skate meuni\u00e8re and chicken Cordon Bleu, plus lobster bolognese with sauce Am\u00e9ricaine.<\/p>\n

\u201cRaf\u2019s has always been about bringing people together around a well-set table, so a residency at Saison by Mauro Colagreco feels like a natural extension of that spirit,\u201d says Jennifer and Nicole Vitagliano, founders of Raf\u2019s. \u201cChef Colagreco and his team share our love of seasonality and craft, and we\u2019re thrilled to bring a taste of NoHo to London during Fashion Week.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Raf\u2019s fans abroad, dessert is perhaps the most anticipated course, as the restaurant brings some of its famed signatures to the English capital, including the caramelized white chocolate budino. The dinner will be served on custom Ginori 1735 tableware, with a selection of exclusive pieces created for the collaboration.<\/p>\n

The London residency marks the final stop on Raf\u2019s summer tour and will run for just two days, from September 18 to 19.
