When officers arrived, they say they found a man who had been shot in the chest.<\/p>\n<p>Paramedics rushed the gunshot victim to a hospital, but he did not survive. His identity has not yet been released.<\/p>\n<p>Surveillance video obtained by CBS News New York shows what appears to be two people fighting in the street, then a flash of light from an apparent gunshot.
