QNS file photo<\/p>\n<p>An NYPD spokesperson said the contents of the stolen bag have not been determined. <\/p>\n<p>The victim sustained minor injuries but refused medical attention at the scene.\n<\/p>\n<p>The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspects and described the man as having a dark complexion with a very heavy build, with black hair in short braids, a beard and a mustache. He wore an orange T-shirt, black sweatpants, white sneakers and black headphones. The woman is described as having a dark complexion with a heavy build, with black hair in a bun, wearing a white short-sleeved shirt and clear-rimmed eyeglasses.<\/p>\n<p>A reward of up to $3,500 is being offered for information that leads to their arrest and indictment.\n<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding this robbery investigation is asked to call the NYPD\u2019s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 888-57-PISTA (74782). All calls and messages are strictly confidential.<\/p>\n<p>Through Aug. 23, the 108th Precinct has reported 126 robberies so far in 2026, two fewer than the 128 reported at the same point last year, a decline of 1.6%, according to the most recent CompStat report.
