Three teens were killed in a violent crash on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn Tuesday night — including the driver, who was cited for reckless driving and speeding on the parkway just seven months earlier, police and sources said.

Huzayfah Algaheim, 18, who also had his license suspended for speeding last year, was barreling down the Belt near 65th Street in a black Cadillac Escalade with four friends around 11:35 p.m. when he braked and was rear-ended, cops and sources said.

Both vehicles hit a guardrail, with the SUV spinning, rolling over and sending Algaheim and two passengers flying out to their deaths, the sources said.

Mohammed Tufail, whose 16-year-old nephew, Rehman Abdul, was among those killed in the wreck, was distressed when told about Algaheim’s past reckless driving.

“I don’t know what to say,” Tufail, 70, said Wednesday. “Rehman would not have known this. He would not get in the car if he knew this. He is not a reckless boy.”

A family friend who asked not to be identified added that a young driver like Algaheim should not have been behind the wheel with so many traffic infractions.

“Until they learn,” he added. “This is life and death. This is serious. This boy should not have been driving.”

Algaheim, 18, and two passengers, Abdul and Konstantin Gerantidi, 17, were rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but died from their injuries, police confirmed.

“They went to the Village to have dinner,” Tufail said. “They were coming back. He called his mother and said, ‘I’ll be home in 10 minutes.’”

“He was a special boy,” he said of his nephew. “His father, my older brother, is 78. He is, in the entire family, is [the] only son. We have almost 200 relatives in our family, but he is the only son.”

He said the teens were high school chums, and all but Algaheim, who is Egyptian, are from Pakistani families.

He said his nephew’s parents were too distraught to speak.

Based on a preliminary probe, investigators believe the Cadillac was “drifting” in and out of lanes before the crash — and said speeding was a factor, sources said.

The car that hit the Escalade, a Honda, apparently didn’t have time to brake when the larger vehicle abruptly braked — and was partially jammed under the SUV, according to the sources.

Both vehicles struck the guardrail, as the SUV flipped.

Two women in the Honda, the 46-year-old driver and a 44-year-old passenger, miraculously escaped with only minor injuries, cops said.

Algaheim was cited for speeding and an unsafe lane change on the Belt Parkway in January and issued a summons, sources said.

He had his license temporarily suspended after another speeding citation in August 2025, but had it reinstated in November.

Three teens were killed in a violent crash on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn Tuesday night — including…

[36
10182,98,100,99,254,1015,57,9,24,63,4730,58
post-330726","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-brooklyn","tag-belt-parkway","tag-brooklyn","tag-brooklyn-headlines","tag-brooklyn-news","tag-car-crashes","tag-deaths","tag-metro","tag-new-york","tag-new-york-city","tag-nyc","tag-teens","tag-us-news
["GET
