A wealth management firm is moving into a new office north of Manhattan\u2019s Madison Square Park.<\/p>\n
Arca Financial<\/a> Group\u00a0signed a five-year, 7,500-square-foot lease for a prebuilt space on the 10th floor at the Moinian Group\u2019s 60 Madison Avenue, according to the landlord. The deal was signed this month.<\/p>\n SEE ALSO: Walmart Inks Deal at New Miami-Dade Warehouse<\/a><\/p>\n Moinian did not immediately disclose the exact asking rent, but the average asking rent for office space in Midtown South was $85.73 per square foot in the second quarter of 2026, according to a report from CBRE.<\/p>\n \u201c60 Madison Avenue continues to attract companies seeking premium office space in one of Manhattan\u2019s most desirable business districts,\u201d Omar Sozkesen, vice president of commercial leasing at Moinian, said in a statement. \u201cOur prebuilt office spaces overlooking Madison Square Park continue to resonate with tenants looking for thoughtfully designed, move-in-ready workplaces that support both employee experience and long-term growth.<\/p>\n A brokerage team from CBRE represented Moinian in the transaction, while Arash Sadighi and Tyler Ruggieri of Venture Commercial<\/a> negotiated on behalf of the tenant.<\/p>\n Venture Commercial and CBRE did not immediately respond to requests for comment.<\/p>\n It is unclear if the tenant is relocating within the city or if this will be its first New York City headquarters.<\/p>\n Other recent deals in the building include a 25,000-square-foot lease for web developer Tenex Labs, a 17,500-square-foot deal for artificial intelligence agentic workforce development firm Pace, and another 17,500-square-foot lease<\/a> for an AI firm known as GovWell Technologies that develops operating systems for governments.<\/p>\n
