The most obvious work is underway at the century-old Lackawanna Terminal, which is being revamped while the neighboring Warrington Plaza is being converted into a pedestrian market.

Under the plan, Lackawanna Plaza will be converted into a pedestrian market. Work ramped up last summer on the project, with portions of the building’s exterior getting removed for refurbishment.

A look inside the long-closed second floor, which should be open to the public when work is completed next year.
