COURTHOUSE,
\n Aug 28 \u2013 A man arrested after
\n being charged with arranging
\n the sale of fentanyl in an
\n apartment building in The
\n Bronx on July 30 was presented
\n and detained on July 31
\n in\u00a0 the U.S. District
\n Court for the Southern
\n District of New York
\n Magistrates Court, covered
\n closely by Inner City
\n Press.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\u00a0His CJA
\n lawyer consented to detention
\n without prejudice to making a
\n later application for release
\n on bond. <\/p>\n

The Complaint had
\n a photo of “kilogram-sized
\n bricks of suspected narcotics
\n consistent in appearance with
\n fentanyl bricks.”\u00a0\u00a0
\n <\/p>\n

On August 28, he
\n was indicted and the case
\n wheeled out to Judge Lewis J.
\n Liman.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\n Suarez Paula, 1:26-cr-391
