The Giants hold the fifth preference on the wire and should see at least one or two players that they believe can help them float their way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">But to complete a claim, they will have to drop a player from their 53-man roster to make room.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"gnt_em_cp_cw_i\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" data-gl-src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1788175933_982_86373428007-square-1.jpg\" data-gl- decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">We don&#8217;t know who those players could be, but we&#8217;ll give it a try.<\/p>\n<p>TE Thomas Fidone II<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">The Giants don&#8217;t really need four tight ends, do they? They kept Fidone because they love his upside and also didn&#8217;t want to expose him to waivers.
