(WIBW) &#8211; A woman was listed as the victim of a rape Sunday in Manhattan, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The incident was reported around 5:48 p.m. Sunday at an undisclosed location in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" fetchpriority=\"low\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1788199015_469_USU6LMJSURIUJHWNFMYQOE27AE.jpg\" width=\"980\" height=\"550\" \/>(WIBW)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The victim was listed as an 18-year-old woman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The assailant was listed as a 21-year-old man who was known to the victim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">There were no immediate reports of arrests in the case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Because of the nature of the crime, no further information was being released on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WIBW.
