\n\t7 For All Mankind<\/a> (7FAM) transforms denim retail into a gallery-like experience at its renovated New York flagship<\/a> at 394 W. Broadway in SoHo.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe premium denim brand opened the men\u2019s and women\u2019s store on Tuesday. The redesign, developed in close collaboration with Los Angeles-based Perron Studios, is built around three defining principles: retail as gallery, materiality as a metaphor for denim, and sculptural modular displays. The principles come together in a retail environment that balances 7FAM<\/a>\u2019s early-2000s California heritage and its bold future under the creative direction of Nicola Brognano.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe gallery-inspired concept draws on material storytelling and adaptive spatial systems. Flexible layouts and architectural display structures provide shoppers the space to discover products, while allowing the 2,400-square-foot space to evolve. Modular fixtures replace a traditional denim wall, creating a versatile presentation adapatable across different store formats. <\/p>\n

\n\tCopper, aluminum, leather, wood, and soft carpeting were chosen to reflect denim\u2019s inherent character. The brand said the materials nod to denim\u2019s durability, texture and ability to age. For example, copper surfaces will develop a rich patina over time, \u201cmirroring the wear and evolution of the fabric itself.\u201d Cowhide seating is featured throughout. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe store was closed for six months for the renovations. 7FAM\u2019s store on Bleeker Street remained open.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe brand said the reopening marks a significant milestone for its product offering, \u201cgiving heightened visibility, affirming 7 For All Mankind\u2019s position as a fashion house\u2014one where denim remains the soul, but the full wardrobe tells the story.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe reopening coincides with the start of New York Fashion Week on Sept. 10, an increasingly important moment on 7FAM\u2019s calendar.<\/p>\n

\n\tBrognano joined 7FAM in December. He debuted his first 7FAM collection<\/a> two months later at NYFW<\/a>, marking the brand\u2019s first-ever runway show at the event. The former Blumarine<\/a> designer will return to the runway on Sept. 12 to unveil his sophomore collection for 7FAM.<\/p>\n
