This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Midwood Park, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Bed Stuy, and Prospect Heights. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, in Midwood Park this well preserved early 20th century home has the exterior charm of a wraparound porch, while the interior boasts an intact inglenook, wood floors, stained glass, a pier mirror, and more period flourishes. This former House of the Day<\/a> sold in May for $1,937,500, which was $187,500 over the asking price.<\/p>\n

In Prospect Lefferts Gardens, an early 20th century estate-condition standalone house boasts bay windows, original moldings, an elaborate dining room ceiling, and a garage. This former Open House Pick<\/a> entered contract in June.<\/p>\n
