There was a Mayor Zohran Mamdani lookalike contest Sunday afternoon held by the London-based business, Sonder.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Stay connected with community stories that matter: Visit our homepage\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Sonder is an app for those looking to make friends in their area, with the early access version just opening in New York City.<\/p>\n “Flew all the way from London to soft launch our app,” the business wrote on Instagram.<\/p>\n The winner, sporting Mamdani’s signature look from the New York Knicks championship parade: a suit with a Knicks jersey over his shirt and tie.<\/p>\n The mayor himself couldn’t make an appearance in Greenwich Village, though.
