Maduro seeks dismissal<\/p>\n

Maduro filed the motion in Manhattan federal court, where the case is US v. Maduro, 11-cr-00205, and prosecutors alleged he partnered with groups designated by the US as foreign terrorist organizations.<\/p>\n
