Macchiarola Educational Complex<\/a>, on Avenue X near Batchelder St. in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2026\/06\/01\/man-19-shot-in-stomach-outside-brooklyn-sneaker-store\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sheepshead Bay<\/a>, around 2:50 p.m., police said.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect, who was entering the school for sports practice, fled after school safety agents discovered the firearm inside his bookbag.
