A popular Jamaican DJ whose 25-year-old son was fatally stabbed in Brooklyn Friday night said he \u201ccouldn\u2019t stop crying\u201d when he learned that he\u2019d lost his second child in a 16-month span.<\/p>\n
Michael Davey, a veteran dancehall artist better known as Powerman, said his son Christopher was headed to the laundromat for his mother when he was ambushed around the corner from his East Flatbush home around 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
\u201cI couldn\u2019t stop crying,\u201d the heartbroken dad told The Post Saturday. \u201cMy ex-wife, his mother, called me crying.\u201d<\/p>\n

She said, \u2018They killed Chris, him dead, him dead,\u201d\u00a0 Davey recalled.<\/p>\n
The younger Davey was stabbed twice<\/a> in front of 882 Albany Ave. about three blocks from his home on Linden Boulevard, according to police.\u00a0<\/p>\n The dad said his son, who was born in Jamaica, was dropping off clothes at the laundromat when he was heinously kniifed \u2014 in a crime he called \u201cwicked\u201d in an emotional post on Facebook Saturday.<\/p>\n EMS rushed him to Kings County Hospital in critical condition, where he later died.<\/p>\n The killing was the second tragedy the older Davey has suffered. <\/p>\n NYPD officers work the scene where Davey was murdered on Sept. 4 in Brooklyn. Kyle Mazza\/Shutterstock<\/p>\n Last May, he lost his 32-year-old stepson, a tractor trailer mechanic, when he died while working in upstate New York \u2014 although details of his death remain unclear.<\/p>\n Christopher Davey had been depressed over his brother\u2019s death, quit his job and spent his days playing video games, according to his father.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cHe was going through a lot of problems,\u201d the dad said. \u201cHe had just lost his brother and he went into depression.\u201d<\/p>\n Yellow evidence markers and laundry bags at the scene where Davey was killed. One was wearing a white tank top<\/a> and blue jeans, and there was no description of the second suspect, police said.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t know them,\u201d the father said of the killers. \u201cI want to see them.\u201d<\/p>\n
