Wawarsing, NY (WRGB) \u2014 A fight at a Wawarsing Mobil gas station escalated into a baseball bat assault that sent a 43-year-old man to the hospital and led to four arrests.<\/p>\n
On Sept. 8, 2026, at about 9 a.m., troopers from New York State Police Ellenville responded to the Mobil gas station on Route 209 for a report of multiple people fighting. Investigators determined several individuals assaulted the 43-year-old male victim with a baseball bat.<\/p>\n
The victim was taken to Garnet Medical Health Center with non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
New York State Police said all four individuals were transported to State Police Ellenville for processing without incident.<\/p>\n

All four were arraigned in Ulster County Court Centralized Arraignment Part and remanded to the Ulster County Jail pending a future court appearance.<\/p>\n
