Ceremonies are planned in lower Manhattan, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pennsylvania, to commemorate the lives lost. This year\u2019s ceremony will include a moment of silence for those who have died of illnesses in the aftermath of the attacks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NBC News is covering the ceremony in Manhattan.
