Eater\u2019s Bang Bang dinner series<\/a> is bringing together two standout New York restaurants, Rolo\u2019s<\/a> and Chambers<\/a>, for a one-night-only event hosted at Rolo\u2019s in Ridgewood on September 30. The two restaurants will share one kitchen for an evening of back-to-back menus, giving diners the chance to experience each team\u2019s distinct approach to cooking without ever leaving the table.<\/p>\n The night begins with a menu of Rafiq Salim\u2019s wood-fired cooking, followed by a lineup of market-driven dishes from Jon Karis, and finishes off with a special dessert collab from both chefs.<\/p>\n Why the twofer? For diners, it\u2019s the chance to experience two of the city\u2019s best restaurants in one night, without the long subway ride or cab fare. For the chefs, it\u2019s a reason to party. \u201cNothing is better than having a professional excuse to just hang and have fun with friends,\u201d said Karis.
