Julie Wainwright is ready for a real estate do-over. A little more than a year after listing her sleek condo at New York City’s iconic Woolworth Tower Residences for nearly $7.9 million and subsequently pulling it from the market, the founder and former CEO of The RealReal<\/a> is giving it another go.<\/p>\n

Wainwright is, however, still holding firm on the $7.885 million asking price for the Lower Manhattan spread, which she picked up for $6.75 million in 2020 on the heels of taking her luxury consignment company public. Corcoran’s Kane Manera holds the listing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Woolworth, the corner unit offers three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a powder room. Roughly 3,200 square feet of glamorous interiors crafted by Bay Area designer Martin Kobus<\/a> are complemented by herringbone-patterned oak floors and ceilings soaring to over 10 feet tall.<\/p>\n

Secluded down a charcoal-hued corridor lined with a floral beaded wall covering is a sumptuous blush pink, mauve, and cream primary bedroom, which comes with a multicolored glass disc chandelier, a windowed walk-in closet and dressing area, and a bath spotlighted by heated marble floors and a steam shower. A secondary bedroom has been converted into a jewel box-inspired media room clad in a gilded metallic wallcovering by de Gournay.<\/p>\n

The $7,774 monthly common charge covers an elite roster of perks, including a 24-hour doorman, on-site parking, a resident-only lobby, a pool, a fitness studio, and a wine cellar and tasting room\u2014all just minutes from world-class restaurants such as Wolfgang Puck’s Cut, Nobu, and The Odeon.<\/p>\n
