The worried cousin of missing newlywed Dominick Bianchi<\/a> revealed he forgot her birthday just weeks before he vanished \u2014 despite years of celebrating it \u201clike clockwork.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bianchi, 35, failed to show up to his cousin\u2019s birthday, or even wish her well in a text, last month in what his worried cousin described as an out of character move.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery year he reaches out on my birthday like clockwork,\u201d Marina Bianchi told The Post, describing the missing man as \u201clike a brother.\u201d<\/p>\n

Marina Bianchi at the time chalked the forgetfulness up to the \u201cstress of moving\u201d \u2014 explaining that he and his new wife, Julianna Zyra, had just returned to their hometown of East Greenbush, New York, from Quincy, Massachusetts, to be closer to their families.<\/p>\n

Upon hearing the news of his disappearance, Marina Bianchi \u201cthought maybe he took off for a little while, but three days? No, this is not right.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cops say Dominick Bianchi walked out of his home Tuesday without his cellphone, wallet and car.<\/p>\n

He suffers from type 1 diabetes, something Marina Bianchi said he always took very seriously, leaving his family\u00a0concerned he may not have his insulin with him.<\/p>\n

Bianchi, a Type 1 diabetic, was last seen Tuesday morning in the area of Forrest Pointe Drive and left his vehicle, phone, and wallet behind. Courtesy Julianna Zyra<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the last person I would expect something like this to happen to,\u201d his 35-year-old cousin said,\u00a0calling \u201cDom\u201d a \u201cgood dude.\u201d<\/p>\n

The East Greenbush Police Department has not released any updates on the puzzling case.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re continuing efforts to locate him, determine his whereabouts, you know, exhausting all investigative techniques,\u201d Detective Sergeant Michael Guadagnino told The Post Friday.<\/p>\n

Zyra, who revealed her husband struggles with his mental health, previously pleaded for him to come home in an emotional interview earlier this week.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know you feel really alone, but there are people who want to help you. If you\u2019re seeing this, please, come home,\u201d she begged through tears.<\/p>\n

Bianchi, described as 5-foot 11-inches, was wearing black sweatpants, a black long-sleeve shirt and possibly a baseball hat when he was last seen at his home around 10 a.m. Tuesday.<\/p>\n

He also has some unique tattoos, including a skull and roses on his chest, a baseball on his right arm and a cross on his back.<\/p>\n
