Eligible households of one to three people must have annual incomes ranging from $106,560 to $198,510, depending on household size. The maximum asset limit is $220,480.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-subscribe\">\n  <a class=\"article-subscribe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/patch.com\/new-york\/astoria-long-island-city\/subscribe?utm_source=amp&amp;utm_campaign=subscribe&amp;utm_medium=mobile&amp;utm_term=subscribe_in_article\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Subscribe<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>Residents will be responsible for gas, electricity and cable\/internet costs.
