Andrew Garfield has demonstrated once again that he\u2019s an LGBTQ+ ally who actually immerses himself in queer culture after reeling off his favourite RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race queens.<\/p>\n

The Amazing Spider-Man actor, 43, was asked to name his top five drag queens during his appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday night (13 September).<\/p>\n

The only problem? He couldn\u2019t narrow it down to just five.<\/p>\n

Instead, Garfield, who appeared as a guest judge on the very first episode of RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race UK back in 2019, reeled off a list of eight queens who give him life.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have eight people here I can\u2019t decide between and I could never put these in order\u201d, said Garfield, who began his list by listing a fan favourite from season six, and more recently All Stars 11.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou remember Vivacious? You remember her entrance, with Ornacia on the top of her head\u201d, Garfield enthused. \u201cI think that may be one of my favourite moments, and so therefore Vivacious\/Ornacia and her struggling with the zip is maybe one of my favourite Drag Race moments.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cJinkx Monsoon I think just as a fully rounded queen\u2026 maybe [my] number one. Is that crazy? I love Jinkx.\u201d<\/p>\n

Without pausing for breath, the After the Hunt star continued: \u201cKatya, I adore. She\u2019s one of the funnier [queens]. Jujubee, just adorable.<\/p>\n

\u201cShea Coule\u00e9 \u2013 that body and how she moves. She\u2019s just, again, so fully rounded.<\/p>\n

\u201cManila Luzon, kind of [an]underrated queen in my head. And then of course Alaska, just genius, legend. And backrolls, Alyssa Edwards. Those are my eight.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fans were quick to praise Garfield\u2019s list online, noting that his choice of queens from earlier seasons proved he was a longtime fan of the show.<\/p>\n

One of the stars from his list, Manila Luzon, even took to Twitter to respond Garfield directly, joking: \u201cAndrew Garfield is one of my Top 5 favourite Spider-Mans.\u201d<\/p>\n

Garfield recently reiterated his past comments that he believes Spider-Man could be portrayed as gay<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The actor previously said in a 2013 interview with\u00a0Entertainment Weekly<\/a>\u00a0that he didn\u2019t know why the character couldn\u2019t be gay. \u201cWhy can\u2019t he be into boys?\u201d he pondered at the time.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the publication again recently, Garfield said his past comments were \u201can exercise in rebellion that [he] felt passionate about\u201d \u2013\u00a0but he stands by it.<\/p>\n
