ARCADIA, N.Y. \u2014 New York State Police have released the name of the 17 year old killed in a motorcycle crash on Sunday in Wayne County.<\/p>\n
Ashton Kepler of Newark died from his injuries at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital. The crash happened around 12:25 a.m. on Sunday on Wood Lane in the Town of Arcadia. <\/p>\n
State Police say Kepler was riding his motorcycle west on Wood Lane when it left the roadway and went into the ditch. They say the teen was found in the tree line near the motorcycle. <\/p>\n
Emergency responders performed lifesaving measures at the scene before Kepler was brought to the hospital and died. The investigation into the crash remains open.<\/p>\n
