The Emmy Award-winning actor, comedian, and talk show host was most recently seen on stage in NYC earlier this summer with her solo show Common Knowledge.<\/p>\n
Rosie O’Donnell<\/a> will join the cast of The Rocky Horror Show<\/a> on Broadway as the Narrator for two weeks only, from October 6-18, while Tony Award-nominated original cast member Rachel Dratch<\/a> takes a brief leave from the production.<\/p>\n O’Donnell returned to performing in NYC this summer with a two-week Off-Broadway run of her solo show Common Knowledge, as well as a guest-hosting stint on Jimmy Kimmel Live! O’Donnell is known for her multi-Emmy Award-winning career as a talk show host on The View and The Rosie O’Donnell Show, and she has previously performed on Broadway in the musicals Grease, Seussical, and Fiddler on the Roof.<\/p>\n The current Rocky Horror Show Broadway cast also includes Jake Shears<\/a> as Frank-N-Furter, Lorna Courtney<\/a> as Janet, Kevin McHale<\/a> as Brad, Jimin Moon<\/a> as Rocky, George Salazar<\/a> as Eddie\/Dr. Scott, Amber Gray<\/a> as Riff Raff, Sherie Rene Scott<\/a> as Magenta, and Valentina<\/a> as Columbia.<\/p>\n Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show is a cult-classic musical that takes on audiences on a weird, wild adventure through Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s mansion with innocent young couple Brad and Janet. The production, directed by Sam Pinkleton, features beloved songs like “Time Warp” and “Sweet Transvestite.”<\/p>\n
